okay! happie deepavali! :) well, just to sum it all up. last week was busy and hectic w lotsa deadlines. eg report, soci term paper and oso fyp fyp fyp! speaking of which, i got realie lousy results on fri for fyp. was kinda sian. (un)fortunately, shiyao had lousy results too. wahahha! mayb our bench is cursed. hahahaa.. okay so thurs yy and i went to get jen's bday pres we ended up eating more den we could. SAKAE BUFFET! its my FIRST time! okay dun laff ur asses off. but yah we ate so muchhhhhhh! wooo :) okay after which we went to get jen's pres! hope she likes it tho :P hehe! yy and i went shopping too! haahah i din buy much only bought a pair of shoes..she bot ALOT! wahahhaha :P but it was fun la :)sat was my last lesson at Sonata music school. was kinda sad and didnt realie noe how to break the news to my piano kids tt saturday was my last day with them. i did it anyway. feeling kinda sad tho. been a yr plus since i took on this job..realie like teaching piano. its fun. hahaha =)
sun was GE run! haahaha yimei jiejie came my hse to stay over on sat night =) she rocks man! help me vet thru my soci termpaper. hahaha :P we slept at 12mn (which was qt late considering the fact tt we're supposed to wake up early the nxt day) and woke up at 7am! whaahhaha.. okay la not very early but tts cuz our run was at 830am. my papa dropped us at newton mrt and we were on our way to cityhallllll~~~ i din train for the run which was qt a mistake. wahahha! e last time i ran was like in APRIL! argh! luckily my trotters didnt fail me! it was gd hafg ymjj nxt to me running! we were at a gd pace and at every 1km mark we will check our timing! whahaha! but yes. e last stretch was most torturous! argh! we still made it! we clocked in at 38:02:03 (to b more precise) for 5km of run! we didnt walk! wahaha.. sense of achievement :) muahaha!
us at the starting point :)sun evening was spent w chem engineers to be. hahaha =) we had lots of fun! we "blindfolded" jen w a pair of goggles (yes, you can guess who's wonderful and brilliant idea that was..hahaha KAREN! hahhaha) and then we brought her around suntec and marina sq w tons of ppl staring at us.. and it was pretty embarrassing! ahahahha.. for her and for us. finally we reached seoul garden and waited for shiyao to come since he was nearby..cudnt wait for the rest since they were pretty far off.. and then we recruited some calefare to sing happybday song for us too! wahahaha :P and ta-dah! jen had e best surprise ever! so many of us singing happy bday song for her w a nice big rive gauche cake waiting for herrrr :D wahahahaha! after a great dinner at seoul garden (hvn been there since EONS ago!) we moved on to timbre to meet derek who was helpg us hold onto our reservations. muahaha :P happie tt jen is happie! :)
we gave him a bottle of beer, sang him a happy bday song and gave him a small little cake! ahhaha =) hes happie too! and so they drank BEER/wine while i drank FRUIT PUNCH! ah ha! :P it was a great chilling out session! hahaha and i was telling michelle tt tdy must be the hippest day of my chem eng life. wahahha..after tt michelle, james, xiaoli, zhixiong, adec, baoling and jen left first.. so e rest of us stayed on listened to more music and den we decided to head off to swensens for some ice cream at an unearthly time of 12+mn..
swensens was gd! haha i mean e fries :D hehehe! miss e fries man! been sometime since i last ate it! whahaha :P after tt i was realie tired le. must b cuz of e run in e morning..ahahha and den we cabbed home! whahaha .. it was realie fun =) im still waiting for e pics tho! will upload once i get it! wahhaha :D
okay crap, wed's biocat test im so dead. booooooooooo. okay hitting e books now and its week11! my sis is coming back soon! wahahha :D so happie!!!
